Big Bowl of Tuscan Greens

INGREDIENTS :

1 pkg. (8 oz.) torn romaine lettuce
1 tomato, cut into thin wedges
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup croutons

COOKING DIRECTIONS :

TOSS lettuce, tomatoes and olives in large serving bowl.

ADD dressing; toss lightly.

SPRINKLE with Parmesan cheese and croutons.

Serving Suggestion
This salad makes a great accompaniment to lean grilled or baked meat, fish or poultry.
Special Extra
Enhance the flavor of this salad by topping with a few pickled pepperoncini peppers.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using 6 cups of your favorite torn salad greens for the romaine lettuce.

Beef Noodle Bowl

INGREDIENTS :

1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked
3 cups broccoli florets
3 carrots, peeled, sliced
2 tsp. oil
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce

COOKING DIRECTIONS :

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding vegetables to the boiling water for the last 2 min.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add meat; cook until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing and teriyaki sauce; cook 2 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta mixture; place in large serving bowl. Add meat mixture; toss to coat.

Special Extra
For added crunch, sprinkle with 1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts just before serving.
Variation
Prepare as directed, using KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, adding 1 tsp. ground ginger and increasing the teriyaki sauce to 1/4 cup.
