Slow Cooker Saucy Meatballs

INGREDIENTS :

1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Turkey
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup water
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 medium green peppers, sliced (about 2 cups)
4 cups spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. (1 lb.) spaghetti
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

COOKING DIRECTIONS :

COMBINE stuffing mix, meat, egg and water. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in slow cooker; top with mushrooms, peppers and spaghetti sauce. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (or on for HIGH 3 to 4 hours).

COOK spaghetti as directed on package; drain. Serve meatballs with sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese.

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
Make it Easy
Make your slow cooker preparation even faster. Prepare the meatballs and cut-up vegetables the night before. Cover and refrigerate until ready to add to the slow cooker. Top with the spaghetti sauce and continue as directed.

Slow-Cooker Saucy Swiss Steak

INGREDIENTS :

1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 boneless chuck blade or shoulder steak (1 lb.), cut into 4 pieces
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup beef broth
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup shredded KRAFT Swiss Cheese

COOKING DIRECTIONS :

HEAT dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, coat steaks with flour; gently shake off excess flour. Add to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until steaks are browned on both sides. Remove from heat.

COMBINE tomatoes, broth and tomato paste in slow cooker. Add steaks and peppers; cover with lid. Cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours (or on LOW 8 to 10 hours).

SPRINKLE with cheese just before serving.

Saucy Pork Medallions

INGREDIENTS :

2 tsp. oil
1 large pork tenderloin (1-1/2 lb.), cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices
3 cups frozen peas
1 can (10 oz.) turkey gravy
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

COOKING DIRECTIONS :

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 5 min. or until each piece is browned on both sides, turning after 3 min.

STIR in peas, gravy and dressing; bring to boil. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.

SPOON stuffing over meat mixture around edge of skillet; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until stuffing is heated through and meat is done.

Substitute
Substitute 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.) or 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.) for the pork tenderloin. Prepare as directed, increasing the browning time to 10 min.

INGREDIENTS :

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
3-1/2 cups water
1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

COOKING DIRECTIONS :

BROWN meat large deep skillet; drain. Add onions; cook until tender.

STIR in pasta, water and sauce. Bring to boil; cover Simmer on low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.

SPRINKLE with cheese.

INGREDIENTS :

Take 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.), 1 Tbsp. oil and 1/4 cup chicken broth and mix & match your recipe from these options...


COOKING DIRECTIONS :

Then follow our simple steps:

COOK chicken in hot oil in large covered skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.

STIR in 1/4 cup KRAFT Dressing, the broth and seasoning until well blended. Bring just to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF).

Saucy Stir-Fried Pork

INGREDIENTS :

2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
8 oz. sugar snap peas
3 green onions, diagonally sliced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

COOKING DIRECTIONS :

COOK
rice as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min. Add peppers and peas; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Add onions; cook and stir 1 min.

MIX soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger until well blended. Add to meat mixture in skillet; cook 1 min. or until sauce thickens, stirring frequently. Serve over the rice.

Substitute
Substitute KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing for the KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, soy sauce, cornstarch and ground ginger. Cook meat, peppers and peas in 1 tsp. oil as directed. Add dressing with onions; cook and stir 1 min.
