Mini Rice-Cake Stack

INGREDIENTS :

  • 8 mini apple-cinnamon rice cakes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chunky natural peanut butter
  • 4 slices banana

  • COOKING DIRECTIONS :

    1. Spread 4 rice cakes with peanut butter and and top with a banana between. Top with the remaining rice cakes.

    Yield: 1 servings
